Minimal personal data
We never ask for a young person's name, date of birth or care details. If you add a recipient email, we only use it to send the ticket and delete it 30 days after the event.
Optional recipient email
At checkout you can add one more email address, for the young person, their carer or a colleague, so the ticket goes straight to them.
Partner-supplied context
Donors publish event details, age ratings where provided, and redemption guidance so you can judge fit before you reserve.
Safeguarding
Allocations sit under your Local Authority account. Event listings show partner context such as age rating and venue instructions before you reserve.
Simple allocation tools
Local Authorities download tickets and give them to eligible young people.
Feedback loops
The BackPass team are interested in hearing feedback from the young people you support. We will share this with the partner so they can improve their future events.
